1 General Terms

bddb (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "bddb") is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bddb and its users (hereinafter referred to as "user", "player", or "you").

By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. These terms are drawn up in Bengali and are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws and customs of Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

2.1 Minimum Age

To open an account at bddb and participate in any gaming or betting activity, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Age Verification

bddb reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification for age verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. It is the user's own responsibility to access the platform from areas where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account at bddb. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all related accounts will be suspended immediately and balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation.

3.3 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect that someone is accessing your account without authorization, contact us immediately at [email protected]. bddb is not responsible for any loss resulting from a failure to secure your account.

3.4 Account Transfer

Transferring, selling, or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited. Only the registered account holder may operate the account.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are available for depositing funds at bddb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are always processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though this may take longer during the verification process.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. bddb will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or password. If you receive any such request, stay alert and notify our support team.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bddb offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus — up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15 (fifteen) times must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• bddb reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is suspected, the relevant account will be subject to investigation.
• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once from the same household, address, or device.
• There may be restrictions on which games a bonus can be used on; these will be stated in the detailed terms of each offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bddb is committed to ensuring a fair and equal gaming environment for all users. Any form of cheating, manipulation, or unethical activity is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless bddb decides to do so due to a specific technical error. In sports betting, results will be determined by the official result of the relevant event.

6.3 Technical Errors

bddb reserves the right to recover any winnings incorrectly paid out due to system errors, software bugs, or network issues. Any abnormal transaction resulting from an error will be considered void.

6.4 VIP Program

bddb's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression happens automatically based on regular play. Weekly cashback rates vary by tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6%, and Diamond up to 0.8%.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Claiming bonuses by operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or staff to influence game outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Acting while impersonating any bddb employee or representative.
• Threatening, abusive, or any form of harassing behavior.
• Using the platform with the intent to harm yourself or others.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

bddb accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• Failure of third-party services or payment gateways.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or breach of terms.
• Unforeseen external events (force majeure) that affect platform operations.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling that is the result of the user's own decisions.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure at bddb's Initiative

bddb may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failed age verification.

10.2 Closure at the User's Initiative
